Ingredients
  • 1 can coconut milk unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup dried shredded coconut unsweetened, unsulphured
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 3 tsbp hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup berries of choice

  • 1 can coconut milk unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup dried shredded coconut unsweetened, unsulphured
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 3 tsbp hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup berries of choice
Instructions
  1. Add all of the ingredients minus the berries and pumpkin seeds into a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Cover then place the bowl in the fridge and let sit overnight.
  3. Garnish with the berries and pumpkin seeds in the morning.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
